I wasn’t sure what to expect when I began working with Cindy and I couldn’t have anticipated the depth of what we would explore together. When I met Cindy I couldn’t stay present in many aspects of my life, I had no boundaries, and I had difficulty knowing what was right for me.

Cindy took me on a journey to discover myself. She helped guide me with love and patience to the spiritual and energetic tools that I needed to be present in my life. In addition to her expansive knowledge of energetic and spiritual tools and practices, Cindy listens fully and creates a safe space that allows for truth and vulnerability. She has helped me identify and shed the patterns that have shaped my way of being for so long. Cindy has taught me to honor myself by communicating fully and honestly which has allowed me to connect with myself and the people in my life.
