Workshop 1: Self-Awareness & Felt Sense, 4 sessions $200

In this workshop, we will

  • Develop an awareness of and vocabulary for subtle energy and physical sensations and feelings.

  • Learn to listen to your body for guidance.

  • Acquaint yourself with tension held in your body and stored emotions.

  • Develop that part of you that can witness what is arising in you in order to cultivate a sacred pause in the midst of your life..


Workshop 2: Building Energetic Capacity & Boundaries, 6 sessions $300

In this workshop, we will

  • Build awareness of subtle energy flows and blockages in your body.

  • Learn techniques for grounding and balancing yourself energetically, becoming fully embodied and increasing your capacity for and comfort with energy.

  • Learn to set healthy energetic and physical boundaries.

  • Continue to strengthen that part of you that can witness what is present within you. Continue to develop the ability to pause.


Workshop 3: Reichian Character Structures & Habit Patterns, price and length TBD

In this workshop, we will

  • Using Wilhelm Reich character structure theory, we will explore how early experiences shaped your habits of attention that keep you bound to old patterns. Identify what strategies you developed to respond to overwhelming or traumatic situations in your life that keep you stuck.

  • Explore how these habits and strategies become anchored in your body.

  • Use learned skills when you are triggered to return to presence and to break free from these habits of attention and strategies that keep you stuck.

  • Continue to cultivate the skills that enable you to witness your thoughts & emotions in order to pause and respond to what is present.

  • Integrate skills from Parts 1 and 2 into a daily practice to support enduring transformation into embodied presence.

Note: This workshop series will combine cognitive learning with experiential practices.


Workshop 4:Communicating with presence, price and length TBD

In this workshop, we will

  • Given our deeper understanding of ourselves, we will use the practice of NonViolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg to bring together our developing capacity to be present with our emotions and felt sensations into our lives in order to communicate effectively what is important to us, what we need and want. Cultivate empathy for ourselves and others.

  • Explore the importance boundaries and the ability to set and defend them in a constructive way.
